The Nc'nean Huntress Orchard Cobbler single malt is produced using a special distillation process in which the cut points are adjusted during the distillation process. This gives the raw spirit a refreshing and fruity character, which has also contributed to the name "Orchard Cobbler". The name refers to a favourite sweet and fruity dessert that is appreciated by the Nc'nean distillery team.

STR Red Wine Casks (66%), Bourbon Casks (31%) and Oloroso Sherry Casks (3%) are used to mature the raw spirit. After a maturation period of around five years, the single malt whisky is bottled with an alcohol content of 48.5%, without the addition of colouring agents or the use of chill filtering.

The distillery in the Scottish Highlands is committed to ecological quality and sustainability by using only renewable energy for production. Under the leadership of Annabel Thomas, the distillery team pursues an innovative and experimental approach. The Huntress single malt is presented in a dark, recycled glass bottle and is the result of the distillery's research into the use of yeast, resulting in unusual flavours.
