Torabhaig Distillery is the second licensed single malt Scotch whisky distillery on the Isle of Skye.

Some time ago they decided to convert an old farmstead in Torabhaig into a distillery. After a painstaking 4-year restoration and construction period, Torabhaig has been a fully operational distillery since January 2017.

Between 2024 and 2028, a limited edition Torabhaig Legacy Series will be launched annually. Each release in this series will mark a significant milestone on the distillery's 10th anniversary. For any lover of single malt or peat, this is a unique opportunity to experience the evolution of the Torabhaig distillery and its distinctive philosophy of whisky making.

The Torabhaig Cnoc Na Mòine introduces the third chapter of this series. The whisky is matured in ex-bourbon, American Oak Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks. The sherry casks in this edition give it a sweet, rich flavour and a deeper colour. The name Cnoc Na Mòine means "peat hill" and refers to its geographical location in Knoydart, which can be seen from the distillery across the Sound of Sleat.

This exclusive limited edition will not be bottled after 2024.
