Jacques Senaux Absinthe is produced using selected botanicals, including wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), aniseed, fennel and other aromatic herbs. Its green colour – a hallmark of many traditional absinths – is reminiscent of the legendary ‘Grüne Fee’ of the 19th century, who was a symbol of inspiration for artists, free thinkers and writers. Its high alcohol content results in a robust flavour profile with a strong herbal character and full body.
