The Tres Hombres La Palma Suave 17 Años - Old Edition 63 (2023) is an outstanding rum that is produced on the Canary Island of La Palma with great care and according to traditional methods. In the renowned Aldea distillery, run by the Quevedo family, this Roner Tradicional is made from pure "guarapo" - fresh sugar cane juice obtained from the best local harvests. Distillation takes place in a historic copper pot still over an open wood fire - a particularly gentle and technically demanding method that gives the rum its authentic, natural base.

After distillation, La Palma Suave matures for 17 years on the island, initially in former bourbon barrels. It is then given a complex finish in selected Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels and Pineau des Charentes barrels. This combination creates an impressive aromatic depth with fruity, spicy and sweet notes.

Another unique selling point: the rum is transported to Europe on the Tres Hombres sailing ships without the use of machinery - in the spirit of true sustainability. This form of transport is unique in the world and gives each bottle added value and character. Edition 63 is strictly limited to just 2,086 bottles and is hand-filled and numbered - a real collector's item for connoisseurs and gourmets.
