With an alcohol content of 40% by volume and a classic London Dry style, this gin is both versatile and clearly structured.

The flavour of Kinsale Gin is based on a combination of traditional and locally inspired botanicals. In addition to the classic ingredients such as juniper, coriander and angelica root, regional plants such as valerian, sea fennel, rosehip and elderflower are also used - many of which come from the immediate surroundings around the Irish coast. This selected composition gives the gin a fresh, floral and slightly maritime flavour that clearly sets it apart from other bottlings.
