The recipe combines the classic gin ingredient, juniper, with a generous portion of pineapple, as well as apricots, oranges, lavender and coriander. As a result, the gin combines exotic fruit with floral, citrusy and spicy notes. Inspired by Hawaii, the concept captures the relaxed ‘Aloha’ and island culture through its name and design, whilst the carefully balanced botanicals ensure a distinctive profile within the category of premium fruit-flavoured gins.
