Founded in 2010 by brothers Steve and Paul Beam, the Limestone Branch Distillery is a relatively young producer of American whisky in Kentucky, the ‘Bourbon State’. Despite its relatively short history, the distillery places great importance on its rich family heritage in whisky distilling, which spans seven generations. Their great-great-grandfather, Washington Dant, was an early bourbon pioneer, and their great-grandfather, Minor Case Beam, was a member of the famous Jim Beam family.

In the 1960s, the Yellowstone whisky brand was one of the leading ones in the USA, until, after several changes of ownership, it eventually came under the ownership of Luxco. Luxco founded the Limestone Branch Distillery specifically for the production of the Yellowstone brand.

This complex whisky, made from 100 per cent malted barley, undergoes a four-year ageing process in newly made, charred American oak casks. Inspired by the national park after which it is named, this whisky stands as a unique symbol of American culture and craftsmanship.
