The Hödl Hof distillery, nestled between orchards and vineyards, is characterised by its long-standing tradition. The high quality of the distillates is ensured with a 300-litre bootleg still and a 200-litre fine distillation still made of pure copper. The fruit from the company's own orchards is taken directly to the fermentation cellars, where gentle, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place. Following the old Styrian tradition, a double distillation takes place, whereby only the high-proof centrepiece is used for maturation in wood, glass or stainless steel.

Zirberol is a bitter liqueur that is sweetened with fruit and is particularly suitable for preparing cocktails and mixed drinks. It is characterised by the natural flavour of the forest and the juice of fresh Swiss stone pine cones, which it infuses into the drink. The liqueur offers a flavourful experience with a low alcohol content.
