Código 1530 Blanco Tequila is the unaged expression of the Código 1530 tequila range. It is known for its smooth and pure flavour profile that captures the essence of the 100% blue Weber agave from which it is made.

The production of Código 1530 Blanco begins with hand-picked ripe agave, which is harvested and slowly cooked in traditional brick ovens. This cooking process helps to release the flavours and natural sugars in the agave, which are essential for making a high-quality tequila.

After cooking, the agave is crushed to extract the juice, which is then fermented using a proprietary yeast strain. This fermentation process takes several days, allowing the yeast to convert the sugar into alcohol, resulting in a flavourful and aromatic liquid.

Once fermentation is complete, the tequila is double distilled in small copper stills. This distillation process helps to refine the flavours and ensure a smooth and balanced tequila.
