This fine rum comes from one of the last remaining wooden pot stills, the historic Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still, which is known for its intense and complex rums.

This rum was distilled in 2009 and matured for over a decade in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak, giving it an impressive balance of depth, flavour and fruitiness. The wooden pot still distillation gives it a particularly distinctive, aromatic character with strong oak and spice notes.
