This special vintage rum comes from the legendary Enmore Wooden Coffey Still, one of the last remaining wooden stills in the world, originally installed at the Enmore plantation in 1880. This unique distillation method gives the rum its unmistakable complexity and depth.

The vintage rum was distilled in 2009 and matured for over a decade in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak, developing an impressive balance between fruity sweetness, oak spice and subtle vanilla notes. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, this single-still rum remains pleasantly accessible and impresses with its elegant and complex structure.
