Cane Island Panama Single Island Blend Rum is a premium release from the Cane Island Rum brand, which is dedicated to showcasing regionally distinctive rums from the Caribbean and Central America. Produced at the renowned Varela Rum Distillery, this Single Island Blend combines various rums that have been matured for between 3 and 8 years in American white oak casks.
The column still distillation process ensures a particularly smooth and elegant profile, whilst the long maturation under tropical conditions develops a complex array of flavours. At 40% ABV, this rum strikes a perfect balance between fruity, sweet and spicy notes, making it ideal for both sipping neat and for use in cocktails.
