The Tomatin CÙÒCAN Creation #5 Highland Single Malt 46% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is part of the innovative "Creation" series from the Tomatin Distillery, which is known for experimental cask maturation and exceptional flavour profiles. Bottled at 46% vol., uncoloured and non-chill-filtered, this limited Highland single malt Scotch whisky shows the creative side of the traditional distillery.


The fifth edition in the series was matured in a combination of Andalusian sherry casks and Colombian rum casks. This unusual choice of cask gives the whisky an incomparable depth: the sherry casks bring fruity sweetness, spicy dried fruit flavours and an elegant warmth, while the rum casks contribute exotic notes of sugar cane, vanilla and tropical fruits. Together, the result is a multi-layered profile that perfectly matches the smoky, smooth character of the Cù Bòcan Linie.
