The story of Aura Delikatessen began in 2014, when Martin Juric, owner of Aura Delikatessen, became aware of the Aura company in central Istria while on holiday in Croatia. Today, Aura Delikatessen is an established family business that has 15 producers under contract and imports over 200 different products.

Aura Fig is an exquisite fig brandy made by macerating naturally dried figs in apple brandy for six months. The apple brandy used was distilled four times beforehand to ensure exceptional purity and clarity. This careful production process gives the Aura Fig Liqueur an unmistakable fruitiness that elegantly brings out the full flavour of the figs. The liqueur is bottled without any additional colourings or flavourings, which underlines its naturalness and authenticity.
