Master Distiller Billy Walker spends a lot of time in the warehouses of the GlenAllachie distillery, where he carefully examines around 50,000 casks. This demanding task requires not only expertise, but also dedication - but his efforts are rewarded with outstanding results.

The GlenAllachie CUVÉE CASK FINISH epitomises this philosophy. The whisky is first matured in American white oak casks. For finishing, Billy Walker selects Pedro Ximénez Sherry Puncheons, Moscatel Wine Barriques and Ruby Port Pipes, which gives the whisky exceptional depth and complexity.
