S.B.S stands for Single Barrel Selection, which means that in this 1423 product line, only one barrel is bottled for each product. Each barrel is selected under strict criteria and offered in a limited number of bottles. The entire S.B.S range comprises only classic rums, not blends, in order to emphasise the versatility of rums and their unique quality and exquisite taste.

S.B.S Ecuador Malacatos is an unaged rum based on sugar cane juice with an alcohol content of 57%. This rum was distilled in traditional column stills.
