The careful ageing of this rum combines column still and pot still distillation processes. It begins in bourbon barrels, where the rum matures for a year and reaches an ester content of 42 g/hL. It then spends four years in FERRAND barrels before enjoying a final five-year finish in Arran casks. This exceptional rum was bottled in 2023 with no added sugar (0 g/L dosage).
