Crafted from a selection of the finest French malt whiskies, this blend is first matured in classic oak casks before undergoing a unique finish in ex-Pineau des Charentes casks.
This special finishing process gives the whisky a harmonious balance of fruity, sweet and spicy notes, setting it apart from conventional bottlings. Pineau des Charentes is a traditional fortified wine made from grape must and cognac, renowned for its delicate aromas. Through ageing in these casks, the whisky takes on gentle notes of honey, ripe grapes and nutty accents, which blend perfectly with the whisky’s malty depth.
