Sustainability is playing an increasingly important role in our society, which is why the Ron Sostenible Triple Cask is also based on a sustainable approach and has been named accordingly. This sustainable rum honours environmental protection while setting high standards and is brought to Europe by ship. The CO2 produced during fermentation is collected by the distillery in pressurised tanks and processed for the production of carbonated drinks. The residue from the distillation is used as a natural fertiliser on sugar cane fields.

Ron Sostenible is a Dominican rum made from pure sugar cane juice and matured in bourbon barrels for at least eight years before being finished in sherry barrels. The extremely unusual blend of bourbon, Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso barrels contributes to the particularly delicate flavour experience.
