Situated on the border between the Scottish Highlands and Lowlands, the distillery combines traditional craftsmanship with a unique cask-maturation process that lends this whisky its depth and elegance.
The 15-year maturation takes place in a carefully balanced blend of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks, giving it a perfect balance between fruity, spicy and sweet notes. The use of European and American oak results in a smooth yet complex flavour profile with hints of oaky spice, honey and dried fruit.
