Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban is an exquisite single malt that gets its special flavour from careful maturation in port casks. These casks come from Quinta, a renowned Portuguese winery known for its high-quality port wines. The name "Ruban" is derived from the Gaelic word for ruby and refers to the deep, ruby-red colour that the whisky takes on during its time in the port casks.

After initially maturing for ten years in ex-bourbon casks, the whisky spends a further four years in these port casks, giving it added complexity and rich fruity flavours. This method of maturation not only gives Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban its characteristic colour, but also a rich, multi-layered aroma. This whisky is bottled without chill-filtering.
