Beylerbeyi Göbek is the particularly high-quality core bottling of the Turkish house of Beylerbeyi and stands for uncompromising quality standards within modern raki production. The name "Göbek" refers to the heart cut of the distillation, i.e. the particularly pure and aromatically balanced part of the distillate that is used exclusively for this bottling. The basis is carefully distilled grape distillate, which is refined with selected aniseed. Bottled at 45% vol. in a 0.35-litre bottle, this edition is concentrated, clear and precise.
