The Four Pillars Distillery is located in Healesville, in Victoria's Yarra Valley, about an hour's drive from Melbourne, and was founded in 2013 by three friends.

The Rare Dry Gin is the first gin created in the Four Pillars Gin series. The starting point was the clean, clear water of the Yarra Valley. Nine botanicals and oranges were added to create a highly flavoured character.
