The Four Pillars Distillery is located in Healesville, in Victoria's Yarra Valley, about an hour's drive from Melbourne, and was founded by three friends in 2013.

Shiraz grapes are soaked in the Rare Dry Gin to produce the Bloody Shiraz Gin. The grapes steep in high-proof gin for eight weeks before being pressed. The gin immediately takes on a purple colour and also the sweetness of the ripe grapes.

Botanicals: juniper, pepper, shiraz grapes, coriander, cardamom, cassis, aniseed, lavender, angelica, lemon, orange.
