For this bottling, the Nonino family uses only high-quality, single-varietal Monovitigno grape marc, which is carefully destemmed, freshly processed and deliberately kept soft. The selection of pomace is heavily dependent on the respective vintage and guarantees an authentic, unadulterated style.


Fermentation takes place anaerobically without additives in stainless steel tanks in order to fully preserve the typical varietal flavours. This is immediately followed by discontinuous distillation in exclusive copper steam stills renewed by Benito Nonino, whereby the pre-distillation and post-distillation are consistently separated. This very slow distillation process ensures that the volatile, aroma-forming components can evaporate and condense optimally. After distillation, the grappa rests in stainless steel for 6 months to a year, creating harmony and balance without distorting the pure character of the grape variety. At 40% vol., this Italian grappa is elegant, precise and long-lasting. The high-quality gift box rounds off the classic appearance in style.
