The Big Mama 10 Years Old Rum Demerara Muscatel Finished is an outstanding rum from the Demerara region, which, at 40 % vol., offers a well-balanced intensity and complexity. This rum was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2017, giving it an impressive maturation period of 10 years. The rum is initially matured in bourbon casks, which gives it a solid foundation of woody and caramelised flavours. It is then finished in Muscatel casks, which lends this rum an additional fruity sweetness and spicy depth, making it a unique experience.
