Balcones TEXAS Single Malt Whisky Classic Edition is a distinctive American single malt whisky from Texas, which combines the tradition of classic malt whisky production with the unique style of the American distillery Balcones. Unlike many American whiskies, Balcones deliberately opts for pot-still distillation for this single malt. Still pots from the renowned Scottish manufacturer Forsyths are used for this purpose. The production process thus follows the classic single malt tradition in key respects, whilst being shaped by the unique conditions in Texas.
