This edition comes from Paraguay and was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2020, resulting in a maturation period of around 13 years. Ageing in Paraguay's warm, continental climate gives the rum a pronounced depth and a harmonious, finely structured flavour. Distillation is carried out traditionally from molasses before the rum develops its characteristic maturity in selected barrels.
