The blue Weber agave used comes from the highland and lowland regions of Jalisco. After harvesting, the agave hearts are gently cooked in brick ovens, slowly fermented and then distilled in classic copper pot stills. In contrast to the Blanco, the Teremana Reposado is then matured for several months in American oak barrels, giving it a harmonious balance of sweet agave, vanilla and wood notes. An additional plus point: the tequila is gluten-free and therefore also suitable for people with gluten intolerance.
