Clés des Ducs Vieil Armagnac X.O. is a meisterwerk from the renowned house of Clés des Ducs, which is known for its expertise in the production of high-quality Armagnac. This X.O. Armagnac is a blend of the finest Ugni Blanc grapes grown on the fertile and sandy soils of the Armagnac terroir, which stretches across the villages of Panjas, Maupas and Estang. This particular Armagnac is characterised by its low wood character, which distinguishes it from many classic Armagnacs. The terroir, known for its brownish sands, gives the Armagnac its very own character.

In contrast to other Armagnacs, which are often heavily characterised by wood, Clés des Ducs uses light to medium toasted barrels for maturation.
