1731 Fine & Rare Central America XO is a blend of various column-still rums from Guatemala, Panama and Belize. These rums have been aged for up to 6 years in ex-bourbon casks and offer aromas of sweet fruit, liquorice, vanilla and oak. Like all 1731 Fine & Rare rums, this one is also non-chill-filtered and bottled without the addition of colourings.
