This cognac is produced on the Île de Ré, a small island off the French Atlantic coast. The harsh maritime climate, the salty air and the unique soil conditions shape the grapes and lend this cognac an exceptional character that differs markedly from classic mainland bottlings.
Maturation takes place in carefully selected oak casks, which perfectly blend the influence of the sea with the cognac’s fruity and floral notes.
