Alm Mand'l Weingeist is ideal for making your own creations, such as blackberry liqueur, cherry liqueur or exotic punches. The brandy serves as a base in which the ingredients - fresh fruit, herbs or spices - are infused. This mixture is then stored in a dark cellar for several weeks so that the flavours can develop optimally. However, it is important to find the right mixing ratio of brandy and water in order to achieve the desired drinking strength and bring out the flavours perfectly.

The spirit must not be drunk neat. However, at 96 per cent by volume, this would not be advisable at all.
