Alm Mand’l grape spirit is ideal for creating your own concoctions, such as blackberry liqueur, cherry liqueur or exotic Punsch. The grape spirit serves as a base into which the ingredients – fresh fruit, herbs or spices – are steeped. This mixture is then stored in a dark cellar for several weeks, allowing the flavours to develop to their full potential. However, it is important to find the correct mixing ratio of spirit to water in order to achieve the desired strength and bring out the flavours perfectly.

The spirit must not be drunk neat. At 96 per cent by volume, that would in any case be highly inadvisable.
