Pfau Brand Vogelbeere is an outstanding brandy that epitomises the highest art of distillation and uncompromising quality. Produced by the renowned Pfau distillery, which was founded in 1987, the company has developed from a small cellar distillery into a quality distillery known throughout Europe under the management of Valentin Latschen. Schlumberger Wein- und Sektkellerei has held a stake in the distillery since 2012, which emphasises the high esteem and excellent reputation of these fine distillates.

The distillation is carried out using the traditional rough and fine distillation process in a copper pot still, resulting in a particularly pure and flavour-intensive spirit. Rowan berries (mountain ash) are a challenging fruit for distillation as they require special processing due to their natural tannins. The elaborate production process gives Pfau Brand rowanberry an impressive depth and a multi-faceted flavour.
