The Shinobu Pure Malt 15 Years Old Whisky Mizunara Japanese Oak Finish is an exquisite release from the Shinobu Distillery, which achieves remarkable depth and complexity through 15 years’ maturation in traditional oak casks and a unique finish in Mizunara oak casks. This Japanese single malt whisky, with an alcohol content of 43% vol., combines the tradition of Japanese whisky-making with modern and innovative cask maturation, which lends it its distinctive spiciness and woody depth.

Mizunara oak, found only in Japan, imparts aromas of coconut, spiced herbs and subtle woody notes to the whisky, which blend harmoniously with its fruity and sweet notes. The long maturation ensures a particularly smooth texture and a rich flavour profile, whilst the whisky retains its purity and complexity. This whisky is bottled without artificial colourings, which emphasises its natural elegance.
