The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roer area in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometres from Alba.

The special thing about Grappa Sibona is that it has a special distilling licence, the No 1 of the UTF.

Grappa Piemontese di Moscato is made from Moscato pomace from freshly harvested grapes selected by Sibona during the harvest.

Distillation is carried out entirely in-house in copper stills and ageing takes place for a long period in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing in oak barrels.
