The family-run business was founded as early as 1898 and is one of Italy’s most renowned distilleries, known for its high-quality grappas and speciality liqueurs. With the Elisir Prugna, Poli presents a liqueur that combines the sweet fruitiness of ripe plums with the brand’s characteristic elegance.
It is produced using carefully selected plums, whose flavours are captured through gentle processing. The liqueur is refined with grappa from the distillery’s own production, which lends it depth, structure and a subtle spiciness.
