This whisky is matured entirely in air-dried, hand-selected ex-bourbon casks, which gives it a fresh, fruity character and emphasises the region’s traditional maritime influence. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., this whisky offers a perfectly balanced blend of fruity aromas and a subtle salty note, typical of whiskies from this coastal region.
