The Bowsaw Original 100% Straight Small Batch Bourbon 40% ABV 0.7 l is a premium small-batch bourbon that perfectly embodies the American whisky tradition. Produced in the USA, this straight bourbon is matured in new, charred American oak casks, allowing it to develop its complex bouquet of sweet, spicy and woody notes.

A standout feature of this bourbon is its balanced mash bill, comprising 75% maize, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. This combination provides a pleasant sweetness thanks to the high maize content, whilst the high rye content adds a subtle spiciness and complexity. The malted barley rounds off the profile and contributes to the smoothness of the spirit.

Thanks to column still distillation and maturation in new, charred casks, Bowsaw Bourbon develops a smooth yet multi-layered character. With an alcohol content of 40% ABV, it offers a harmonious, full-bodied flavour that delights whether enjoyed neat or in cocktails.
