After distillation, it is refined with an infusion of Haitian herbs, Werder and bitter orange - a tribute to the centuries-old tradition of Haitian Clairin Trempé (spiced agricole rum). This blend gives it an unmistakable flavour that clearly stands out from conventional rums.
