Plantation Rum TRINIDAD 2009 Beer Maturation Edition 2021 is an exceptional rum that has undergone a unique and carefully coordinated maturation process to create a fascinating flavour experience. The rum is made from molasses and undergoes a three-day fermentation in the renowned Trinidad Distillers Limited. It initially matures for 10 years in traditional bourbon barrels before being further developed for a further 12 months in ex-cognac barrels made from French oak in the cellars of Château de Bonbonnet in Cognac. This double maturation ensures exceptional depth and complexity. The rum is finished for 11 months in Duvel Barrel Aged Beer Casks, which adds an exciting and special flavour.

Duvel, one of Belgium's best-known strong beers, is characterised by its silky carbonation and pronounced bitterness.
