The entire production process is based on the traditional methods of high-quality cachaça from Minas Gerais - from careful sugar cane harvesting to natural fermentation and distillation in classic copper stills. The Espírito De Minas Cachaça then matures in barrels made from Jequitibá wood and oak, which gives it its elegant structure and slightly woody flavour. With an alcohol content of 42%, this Brazilian speciality is soft, balanced and pleasantly full-bodied.
