The result was a chocolate speciality with a particularly harmonious blend of cocoa and hazelnut, which is still regarded today as a classic of Italian confectionery. For this cream liqueur, the gianduia blend is enhanced with fine milk cream and a hint of grappa, resulting in an exceptionally velvety and aromatic liqueur.
