The Glenfiddich 14 Years Old Our Bourbon Barrel Reserve is a special bottling from the world-renowned Glenfiddich Distillery in Speyside, Scotland. This variant was developed specifically with the American market in mind and is now also highly regarded internationally. The focus here is on maturation in first-fill ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak, which lend the whisky an unmistakably creamy, sweet and vanilla-like aroma.

After 14 years of maturation under ideal conditions, this single malt reveals a wonderfully harmonious blend of typical Speyside fruit notes and American cask character. The whisky is bottled at 43% ABV – slightly stronger than many standard bottlings – and thus retains an intense and full-bodied character. The distinctive bourbon cask maturation brings notes of vanilla, toffee, oaky spice and caramelised fruits to the fore.
