Made from a combination of molasses and sugar cane honey, the rum is produced using a triple distillation process that includes column, batch and pot still methods. It is then matured for up to eight years in ex-bourbon and malt whisky barrels. The result is a multi-layered, aromatically balanced rum that impresses both on its own and in cocktails.
