Roberto Dellavalle’s Dellavalle Grappa Riserva 15 ANNI is an exquisite meisterwerk of the Italian art of distillation, which acquires an incomparable depth and elegance thanks to its exceptionally long ageing period of 15 years in French oak casks. Produced at the renowned Distilleria Dellavalle, this fine grappa owes its unique character to the careful distillation of select pomace from the finest vineyards of Monferrato.
It is produced using the traditional method in small stills over a water bath, which allows for a particularly delicate and aromatic distillation. This is followed by a long ageing process in French oak casks, which lend the grappa an exceptional smoothness and a harmonious interplay of fruity, woody and spicy notes. The combination of artisanal perfection and exclusive raw materials makes this grappa a true delight for connoisseurs and lovers of matured spirits.
