Kaniché Rum XO Double Wood is an exquisite, double-matured rum that combines the tradition of Caribbean distillation with the elegance of French barrel ageing. Made from the finest sugar cane, this fine rum is first matured for several years in ex-bourbon barrels in the Caribbean, where it develops its first intense flavours of vanilla, caramel and toasted wood.

After this initial maturation, the rum is shipped to France, where it is further aged in ex-Cognac barrels. This second maturation phase gives it additional complexity, fine fruity flavours and an elegant softness. The rum is not bottled until it has reached its optimum drinking maturity. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, Kaniché XO Double Wood offers a harmonious balance between sweetness, spice and woody notes, making it ideal for both pure enjoyment and for fine cocktails.
