Don Papa comes from the island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago, and this exceptional rum not only honours the heroes of the revolution, but also celebrates the traditional craftsmanship of Philippine rum production.

Don Papa Rum Sherry Casks is made from high-quality sugar cane grown on the fertile, volcanic soils of Negros. After the first maturation, it is stored for seven years at the foot of Mount Kanloan in American oak barrels, which gives it a harmonious base. The special finish then takes place in a composition of Palo Cortado, Fino, Cream and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which give the rum additional depth and complexity.

Don Papa Rum Sherry Casks offers a powerful yet balanced flavour with fruity and sweet notes that are wonderfully complemented by a subtle oak spice and sherry notes. With an alcohol content of 45% vol., it is ideal for Purist enjoyment as well as for use in cocktails.
