The Cedar Ridge Single Malt Whiskey 40% Vol. 0.7 l is an outstanding whiskey from the Cedar Ridge Distillery, which was founded in 2005 by Jeff Quint and his wife Laurie. The distillery is known for its artisanal production and uses only 100% malted barley to create this whiskey. The first maturation takes place in new oak barrels, giving the whiskey a solid foundation of oak flavours.

The unique Solera method maturation process involves four different types of cask: Wine (from a local vineyard), Bourbon, French Oak and Brandy. This complex barrel selection produces an extraordinary depth and variety of flavours.
